11 years strong! That's quite an accomplishment! But thanks to the dedication of all Marne dogs, past and present, we still show no signs of stopping! As CO of the 3rd ID, it is both a privileged and an honor to congratulation this outstanding unit on its 11th year in existence. Soon enough, we'll be able to make the claim that some kids in our unit weren't even born on the day it was created! That is both a humbling and inspiring thought. I will celebrate my 10th year here this same month, and looking back, I can honestly say that I have seen this unit evolve into something worth being proud of. Through the years we have maintained our integrity, our honor, our discipline and our tradition in a way that sets us apart from many other units.  Its Official! After 2 great years in ArmA2, The Third Infantry Division has decided to move forward to Battlefield 3! Our time in ArmA2 has seen us face with many good times and challenges to over come, as well as a huge step outside of our normal comfort zone. We met some really great people and communities, and were welcomed with open arms. We learned a lot about our identity, and the strength and leadership of the character of our men as well. As we grow older and closer as a unit, our trials in and out of game continue to strengthen our bond as brothers. One of the overarching traits about the 3rd ID has always been our ability to adapt.
